HOW DO WE SHIP FLOWERS WITHOUT THEM GETTING DAMAGED?
Bouquets are tucked in with lots of padding, ice packs, and our signature ribbon "seatbelt" packing technique. Flowers are in water until 2:30 the day before delivery. Stems are wrapped in a compostable hydrating mesh and bouquet is shipped overnight, arriving by 3PM the following day. Wildlings are a bit trickier to ship than Commando bouquets since we don't use *toxic* green foam. Flowers and vase are packed in one box separately and stems are wrapped in a hydrating mesh.
DO WE DO CARDS?
Yes! A simple, elegant notecard is included with your flowers. Enter your message to recipient upon checkout.
HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?
We appreciate fleeting beauty as well as the long lasting kind. Every arrangement in our shop is labeled with an expected vase life. Just check the "Size Details" section when comparing options. Best practice for taking care of your flowers - use the flower flood included and switch out your water every other day. Try your best to keep flowers out of direct sunlight.
WHAT'S OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE?
We can't control everything when it comes to shipping to far away places. If your flowers are anything short of beautiful when they arrive, we will gladly refund your order. If you are shipping to an apartment building, we would be grateful if you could confirm packages can be left in a safe place if no one is home (signature not required). We cannot guarantee the condition of flowers unable to be delivered on the first attempt. We hope you understand!
